Our Pilgrimage Chaplain
Fr. Dan Reehil was born and raised in New York. Though he was baptized Catholic, he had been away from the church for many years before he himself made a pilgrimage to Medjugorje in 1998. While in Medjugorje, he partook of the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time in 20 years and was told by the priest who heard his confession that he might have a vocation to the priesthood. Thus, the seeds of his vocation were planted.
Three years later, after the tragic events of 9/11, Fr. Dan left New York City and moved to Boston, where he began his priestly formation. His path to ordination was not straightforward, however, as he took a break in his seminary studies to live as a contemplative hermit in Nebraska. After five years, he returned to the seminary to finish his formation and studies.
Upon his ordination in 2014, Fr. Reehil was assigned to St. Edward Parish in the Diocese of Nashville and became Pastor there two years later. After his time there was over, he was assigned pastor of St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Columbia, TN. He has also served as Dean of the South and ministered as the Exorcist for the Diocese of Nashville.
Since 2020, he has served as the National Director for Radio Maria. He continues to pilgrimage to Medjugorje when he is able and seeks to bring people to Jesus through Mary.

Our Pilgrimage Experience
On June 24, 1981, six young people from the quaint Croatian farming village of Medjugorje, in modern-day Bosnia-Herzegovina, claimed the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to them, bringing a message of peace and conversion for all people. She continues to appear daily to the present day, and her messages urge people to turn to God and place Him first in their lives and families.
Pilgrims on this journey will enjoy the guidance and leadership of Ann Vucic, one of the earliest witnesses to the Medjugorje events. Ann grew up in Chicago, but her family roots are in a village just two miles from Medjugorje. Providentially, her family was visiting their homeland when the apparitions began. After encountering God through Medjugorje in 1981, Ann’s life forever changed, and she is now dedicated to sharing the story of Medjugorje and encouraging others to grow in love for Our Lord, Our Lady and the Church.
Our pilgrims will also have the incredible blessing of being guided spiritually on this journey by Fr. Dan Reehil, renowned exorcist priest from the diocese of Nashville. Before he was a priest, Fr. Dan lived an indulgent, self-centered life, filled with wealth and luxury, surrounded by influential power players in the world of global finance and the entertainment industry. After a friend invited him to visit Medjugorje, he experienced a profound conversion. This conversion brought about radical changes in his life, which ultimately led him to the priesthood.
